Terms of Use (Revised: August 5th, 2009) Feel free to use art purchased from Diddybag.com in projects to create web pages, T-shirts, posters, book covers, advertising, newsletters, presentations, logos or in the creation of digitized embroidery files. Just send us an email indicating your website address and give us credit with a link back to our website: http://www.diddybag.com. Commercial use is acceptable, but please write us here: info@diddybag.com so that we may have a link to your commercial website for our references. ATTN Site owners with purchase agents: If you own a site that utilizes a purchase agent to source clipart for commercial use of any kind, you and your agent must contact us here in advance to explain your situation so we can better cross reference such situations. Each case will be determined on a case by case basis, but in ANY case, all purchases MUST be made with funds directly from the site owner (NOT the agent) as this is the only way for us to accurately track original purchasers and use. ATTN Embroidery Digitizers: We welcome you! You may sell digitized versions of artwork you have purchased from us, but please abide by the below: * Do not sell, lend, give away or share (in part or in whole) our original clipart. * Do not disassemble our clipart to make new art or designs (if you want to make changes, write us first and we'll talk about it, but please abide by our decision in any case). * Only the original purchaser (i.e. the person or business named on the receipt) has the right to use the purchased clipart. Aside from malls, where the digitizer retains copyright to their designs (please see below) you may not purchase clipart from us, and then sell the digitized design to another website for their own resale (if they wish to sell designs using our clipart, they must purchase their own clipart from us independently). * Mall digitizers are welcome to purchase our clipart for commercial use and resale of resultant designs as long as they are the original purchaser of the clipart and they retain exclusive access to the copyright of the resultant embroidery designs. Copyright Policy There are several artists involved with the creation of the art available here. We make every effort for our art to be original art. In the event you feel that your copyright has been infringed upon, please contact us and we will investigate your claim and take appropriate action until we can complete an investigation of said claim. Refund Policy Due to the electronic nature of the product and the possibility of easy reproduction, refunds are not offered. But, should you have any problems downloading your purchases, receive an incorrect file or damaged file, please contact us immediately and we will assist you as soon as possible. Processing Payments Diddybag will process your payment upon receipt, or as soon as possible thereafter in conjunction with any appropriate financial institution procedures (e.g. time of deposit, etc.). How does it work?: * We hold your sets and you pay what you want, as often as you want for up to 60 days (no interest or additional fees). * In this way there is no need to miss out on any new sets you want, we are happy to work with you. * It's easy....simply select the set(s) you want and at checkout click "LAYAWAY". You will then be guided through the the Layaway process. |
